Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Food Science
  • Having at least 3 years as R&D Supervisor FMCG Industry, preferable in baked goods background.
  • Have a coversational level in English, both oral and written.
  • Having good analysis, critical thinking and initative.
  • Familiar with design experiments & data anaylsis.
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually, well-organized person adn good at time management.
  • Computer literacy : MS Office, Statistical Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new product & pacaging and renewal of existing product.
  • Develop the specifications, both product and manufacturing spec for all product.
  • Conduct pilot & production trial related to product development.
  • Monitor the first production of new product launch and review the data for improvement initatives.
  • Searching new supplier for alternative RM/Packaging and new RM/Packaging
  • Cooperate with Sales & Marketing for conducting product evaluation.
  • Make costing for new product.
  • Supervise R&D Staff and Formulation team to ensure the project goals and timeline are met.
